We have made this website
ourselves to keep the cost down and pass the savings on to our customers and
also to keep it simple and in many ways easier to use.
It is not an on-line shop - you still need to
speak to a human being at either the Doncaster branch on 01709 770801 or
Exeter branch on 01395 233077 to check that we have the stock,
check on any ambiguities and pay us by debit card - we then despatch the items as soon as
we can - often the same day. It may not be the most sophisticated website but
this way you save money. Please note that 20% VAT is to be added on to the prices and
delivery where appropriate. Schools, colleges, government bodies can place
order "on account if on official paperwork" - though we suggest that
they check prices,
quantities and delivery charges first.
Potters Association members special offer

members of Potters Associations - you must provide us with your membership number before we
despatch the items to get the discount, however call in customers can ring us with
the number when they get home and we will refund them the discount!
