	Large / Heavy Tool Items: Please phone for carriage estimate – includes sieves, buckets, clay harps, whirlers, tile cutters, rolling pins and others.
	Credit Card Charges: We pass on to you the fee that the credit card company charges us – 2.5% of net price (we do not take American Express)
	Open Account Customers: until any monies due are paid to us any goods supplied to you, whether paid for or not, still belong to us.
	Returns: Special order items cannot be returned; returns must be within 30 days of purchase, unopened and in re-saleable condition.
