Extra Charges
VAT needs to be added on to all prices (with certain exceptions)
Payment is by debit card over the phone or by email. Credit cards or
business cards are an extra 2.5%
From 22nd April the following incur an extra cost on top of the listed
prices:

| The rest of Eire: £55 per full, half or quarter pallet extra

| Customers from Eire - if you have a VAT number we do not need to charge

All deliveries of palletised clays and slips can be arranged
on a tail-lift vehicle – however the pallet will only be lowered off the
vehicle, any other help by the driver is not guaranteed.

Credit
Card Charges:
We
pass on to you the credit card company charges us – 2.5% of net price (we do
not take American Express)

Open
Account Customers:Until
any monies due are paid to us any goods supplied to you, whether paid for or
not, still belong to us.
|
|
Returns:
Special
order items cannot be returned; Returns must
be within 30 days, unopened and in re-saleable condition.
