Ordering from CTM Potters Supplies

 You can order over the phone, by fax, email or pigeon post but, unless you have a credit account - such as a college - you will  either need to speak to someone to make payment by card or make a bank transfer. Credit account customers must order on official paperwork or by email using an official email address.

Ring us or email a list - we would then contact you about stock availability, delivery charges and payment. A lot of schools etc ask us to price up a list for them before getting it signed off.


Business Debit and Credit Cards and Company Purchasing Cards are at an additional 2%. Unfortunately we have to also pass on the 2% charge for any international card.

Prices can change at any time - we will attempt to keep the downloadable catalogue or website up to date but errors and delays do occur - it is the customers responsibility to check individual prices or the total cost with CTM before making payment or to ask for a proforma invoice.  Returns due to price change will be treated as any other return.

Items specially ordered in for a customer cannot be returned without permission from the manufacturer.

Returns - Special Order

Stock items returned within 30 days must be unopened and in re-saleable condition and may be subject to a re-stocking fee. Over 30 days the goods will always be subject to a minimum of a 15% restocking fee. Delivery charges will not be reimbursed for returns or incorrectly ordered items. The arranging of the return is the customer’s responsibility (though we may help) and liability of the product’s condition is the customer’s responsibility until it arrives back with us - even if we have helped arrange the return delivery.

Pallets -Ask     - due fluctuating prices and  to customs charges. EORI number required

Pallets deliveries are through a pallet network - not our own drivers. The drivers can only lower the pallet off the vehicle and pull the pallet a short distance on a completely flat hard surface. They cannot lift the pallet over kerbs or help lift or carry the product at all. This is a kerb side delivery.


Any further help given by the driver is at YOUR own risk.

PRICE LIST

Leadtimes of many tools, materials incl clay can be much longer than historically- we strongly recommend ordering  at least 1 month before you need items for projects and teaching so that we can look at alternatives.

For the safety of products such as refractory shelves, buckets etc it may mean that you cannot fit 27 kg into a box. Also, for safety we may not be able to put jars/pots in with 2 bags of clay or refractory shelves - only powders and tools.
